So, here we are; July 2024 and the first weeks of a Labour Government after 14 years of Tory chaos. It feels good, doesn’t it?

We worked hard for our wonderful Parliamentary candidate, Carissma Griffiths, but it was not to be; Mid Buckinghamshire returned the sitting Conservative MP, Greg Smith. Even so, there is much to celebrate; our constituency is now an island of blue surrounded by red and orange, with Buckingham & Bletchley, Aylesbury, and Wycombe all electing Labour MPs.

Our thoughts are turning now to the local elections in May 2025 when seats on the Unitary Authority of Buckinghamshire Council will be decided. It would be great if you could join us on this next exciting stage in our journey as Mid Bucks CLP. Please get in touch!
